Strategy Call
A 45-minute strategy call a few days before our scheduled VIP day to ensure we are on the same page, make a game plan, and review prep work.
The VIP Day
7 hours of design by two expert designers (that’s pretty much 14 hours!) we’ll work through your priority list that you provide for us.
Post Day Support
After our day together you’ll have 1 extra hour of “fix” support & 30 days of email support to ask us anything about the completed work.

THE TIMELINE PROCESS
Here’s what a VIP day with us looks like

You’ll fill out our VIP day workbook with your content, priority list, vision board!
3-7 days before your scheduled VIP day you'll have a 45 min strategy call via Zoom with Lexi - during this call we go over our game plan for our VIP day, talk about your vision, brand strategy, and give you the space to talk about or ask us anything! Think of this as part strategy part 1:1 coaching from an expert brand + web designer.
Tons of our clients use this time to pick my brain about where to host their courses, how to create sales pages, ask for advice on their brand vision & more!
After this call - Lexi will give you any resources or steps you need to take to make sure we have everything for our day.

We spend the first hour of the day making a creative direction for your brand, sales page, website or whatever the focus is for that day. This includes choosing your fonts, colors, photos, graphic styles & more.
You will approve and from there we'll use this as our guide for the rest of the day.

Once you approve the direction, we'll spend the next few hours developing the brand, website and or sales page - whichever your priority list states as most important tasks.
This may include creating illustrations, graphic elements like gradients or textures, logo suites, & more!
Once we feel the brand is at a place where it needs feedback - we'll record you a video walking you through every decision and step for you to review what we’ve created.

After we send over your brand - this is where you can give us feedback or request any changes via email OR recording a loom video.
Maybe that yellow you approved doesn't vibe as much? Maybe you want to see a different style for the logo. Maybe you'd like a few more ideas for illustrations.
Either way - this is the collaborative process and we're here to ensure you love what we create for your business on this day!

We've reached the final hour of our VIP day - we send you a message about what we’ve completed and then ask for any changes or additions for the last hour of our day while also checking tasks off your priority list.
At 5PM - we send you a final email that lists out everything we were able to complete & the files will be exported and sent the following day.
You will have the night to sleep on it & review what we’ve sent and send over for any last minute changes for our 1 hour “fix” support the following day.
This could be switching up the logo, swapping out a color, editing the website, adding a section to your sales page.

The next morning we review your notes if there are any and make changes if needed..then we export all of your files and organize them into a folder, send you access to your website or sales page, and we record any tutorial videos needed to help you manage your brand & website after we're done.
We'll send you a final email saying goodbye and remind you that you have access to us for any support for 30 days after!
This means if you have questions on how to do something, need to ask techy questions, or if you need a specific thing in another color.. we're here to ensure you are supported!

One full VIP Design Day is $4200. You get access to not only one but TWO designers during your day with drastically different skill sets to ensure your project gets the love it deserves.
The benefits are a faster timeline and getting all of our attention all day long. Being our #1 client that entire day, meaning we dedicate all of our creative energy just to you. Did I mention there are two of us? ;)

When you choose our VIP Day service, you are investing in our time, rather than deliverables. We can never guarantee that all of your requests will be completed in the 8 hours, but we have completed this method with 180+ vip clients and are confident we can get done what needs to be done.

Yes! We have clients who want a brand, website redesign with multi le pages and sales pages which would require multiple VIP days. We will let you know if we can accomplish all of your tasks in one day once you send us your project info + tasks over via our application.

No, you will only need to be available for the creative direction approval at 11 AM, the design preview at 2PM and then the final design at 4 PM to give final feedback. We may also periodically ask you questions via email, so please keep notifications on.

If there’s time at the end of the day for small changes, we would be happy to include this.
If you want additional changes after the allotted time, we do offer client only services like monthly brand and website maintenance & sales page design packages after our day together if you’d like to continue to work together

Yes! Many of our clients come back to us to book VIP days for their launches, masterclasses, certifications, brand refreshers, website updates, and more. It does depend on how long your sales page is and what type of website features you are looking for. Sometimes the complexity of a brand website or sales page can take up to 2 VIP Days. We will discuss this once you reach out to us.
