Strategy Call
A 45-minute strategy call a few days before our scheduled VIP day to ensure we are on the same page, make a game plan, and review prep work.
The Design Day
7 hours of design by two expert designers (that’s pretty much 14 hours!) we’ll work through your priority list that you provide for us.
Post Day Support
After our day together you’ll have 1 extra hour of “fix” support & 30 days of email support to ask us anything about the completed work.
HOW IT’S GONNA GO DOWN

Step one
Pre-Booking
Send us your ideas and goals for your project via or application form and we’ll let you know which option is best for you. We’ll also discuss project dates and give you an idea of when we can start
Step two
Book Your Intensive
Once we have a game plan in place, you will choose your date, receive a proposal, sign the contract, and pay your deposit. We have payment plans available if needed! Our space is limited and first come, first serve!
Step three
Prep Work
We’ll send you a link to your client portal where you’ll find our epic resource library, your project prep work, and where you will upload any content, inspiration and ideas we need for your project.
Step Four
Your Strategy Call
With your completed prep work in hand, you’ll schedule your project kickoff call up to one week before our scheduled intensive. During this call, we’ll create your vision & get clear on your priorities.
Step five
The Intensive
You do your thing, we’ll do ours. But we’ll need you available via email for feedback, questions and design approvals. You will have access to us during your intensive and will be our ONLY client. Meaning 100% of our attention is on you
Step SIX
Get your files
All of your files are uploaded at the very end of your intensive and uploaded directly into your custom client portal for easy access. You’ll have 30 days of email support after our intensive for any questions about the work completed.

One full VIP Design Day is $3800. You get access to not only one but TWO designers during your day with drastically different skill sets to ensure your project gets the love it deserves.
The benefits are a faster timeline and getting all of our attention all day long. Being our #1 client that entire day, meaning we dedicate all of our creative energy just to you. Did I mention there are two of us? ;)

When you choose our VIP Day service, you are investing in our time, rather than deliverables. We can never guarantee that all of your requests will be completed in the 8 hours, but we have completed this method with 200+ vip clients and are confident we can get done what needs to be done.

Yes! We have clients who want a brand, website redesign with multiple pages and sales pages which would require multiple VIP days. We will let you know if we can accomplish all of your tasks in one day once you send us your project info + tasks over via our application.

No, you will only need to be available for the creative direction approval at 11:30 AM, the design preview at 2:30PM and then the final design at 4 PM to give final feedback. This is done VIA email so no calls needed. We may also periodically ask you questions via email, so please keep notifications on.

If there’s time at the end of the day for small changes, we would be happy to include this.
If you want additional changes after the allotted time, we do offer client only services like monthly brand and website maintenance & sales page design packages after our day together if you’d like to continue to work together.
We also offer a 10% discount to return clients for half days & full days.

Yes! Many of our clients come back to us to book VIP days for their launches, masterclasses, certifications, brand refreshers, website updates, and more. It does depend on how long your sales page is and what type of website features you are looking for. Sometimes the complexity of a brand website or sales page can take up to 2 VIP Days. We will discuss this once you reach out to us.

The magic of the 1-day intensive is that your deliverables are anything you can dream up. Every client is different, so it really depends on your needs and priorities! List out everything you think you might need in the inquiry and we will let you know what is realistic to complete in one day.
